I make HubSpot work for small businesses.

By day, I run HubSpot full-time for a growing company: every hub, every team, a lot of moving parts. On the side, I help smaller businesses get theirs set up properly.

If you're paying for HubSpot and have a feeling you're not getting much out of it, I can probably help.

One contact's path from newsletter signup to customer, with every stage change tracked automatically.

You bought HubSpot. It isn't doing much yet.

That's really common. Usually nobody's had the time to set it up properly. The tool itself is fine.

  • Contacts spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and duplicate records. One clean CRM everyone trusts.
  • New leads sit for days before anyone follows up.Leads assigned and chased automatically.
  • No idea where your customers actually come from.A simple dashboard that shows you.
  • Changing the website means calling a developer.Pages your team can edit themselves.
  • Paying for features nobody uses.A setup that fits the plan you're on.

Things I can help with

Pick the one that's bugging you most, or let me look at the whole account.

CRM

Cleaning up your contacts

Duplicates merged, old spreadsheets imported, and properties that actually make sense.

Workflows

Automating the boring stuff

Welcome emails, reminders, deal updates and anything else your team keeps doing by hand.

Sales Hub

A pipeline that matches how you sell

Deal stages, quotes and email templates built around your process instead of HubSpot's defaults.

Content Hub

Your website on HubSpot CMS

Templates, landing pages and forms your team can update without a developer.

Marketing Hub

Emails people open

Branded templates, sensible lists, and newsletters that go to the right people.

Reporting

Reports you'll actually look at

One dashboard showing where leads come from and which ones become customers.

Not sure which of these you need? That's normal. We can work it out on a call.

How it usually goes

No long contracts, and you'll know the price before anything starts.

  1. A quick call

Half an hour, free. You tell me what's going on and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. I take a look

I go through your HubSpot account and send a short plan with a fixed price.

  3. I do the work

I make the changes and keep you posted as I go.

  4. Your team takes over

I walk everyone through it and leave written notes so you don't have to rely on me.

Some clients want one project. Others keep me on for a few hours a month as a part-time admin. Either works.

A bit about me

I'm a full-time HubSpot admin for a growing company, looking after every hub and the CRM underneath it all. That means a lot of workflows, a lot of reports, and a lot of people asking me why something isn't working.

Small businesses rarely get that kind of help. Agencies are expensive, and a full-time admin doesn't make sense for a team of eight. So I offer the same experience in smaller pieces.

I'm not an agency. You deal with me directly, from the first call to the last fix.

Questions people ask

We're on the free version of HubSpot. Is that a problem?

Not at all. The free tools go a long way. If an upgrade would actually pay for itself I'll tell you, and if it wouldn't I'll tell you that too.

We don't use HubSpot yet. Can you help?

Yes, and you get to start clean. I can set it up from scratch and bring your existing contacts across.

What does it cost?

It depends on the job. You'll get a fixed price before anything starts, so there's no surprise invoice.

Do you need access to our account?

Yes, through a user login that you create and can remove whenever you like.

Say hello.
